The small Pet On Wheels could fit your pet size 14"L x 9"H and up to 12 lbs for your pet weight. It also has a comfortable carrying handle on top for lifting the carrier into cars, etc. Other features include a large pocket for stowing treats, a water bottle, a leash, paperwork, and so on, and a washable synthetic fleece pad for the dog. It folds to 31/2" when not in use.

    Bought this to travel by plane and car to cat shows. I have traveled by plane to one show with a soft-sided pet carrier that you carry and it was a nightmare for me and my cat. I decided to get a wheeled one for both of our comfort. So glad I found the Tutto carrier. It is very well made, has lots of options and storage. I also like that you can stow a bag on top of it. Very versatile. Highly recommend.
