Repair service is for TUTTO® and EZ-Glide branded luggages/bags only. Luggages/bags under 1 year warranty are repaired free of charge but copy of receipt/invoice/packing slip with date clearly shown must be provided as proof of purchase.
Ship To: Once repair is completed, a customer service representative will contact you by phone to arrange for payment information. We do not recommend putting your credit card information on your note for security reasons. |
