Shipping Information


  1. Estimate Arrival time:
    We ship from San Francisco,CA and estimated time of delivery is as follows:

    To West-Coast: 2-3 business days
    To Mid-West: 4-5 business days
    To East Coast: 6-7 business days

    Please contact us regarding delivery timeframe for address outside 48 continental United States.

     

  2. Tracking Your Order:
    Tracking information may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system, even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on the way to you.

    Your order status:
    • Check your order confirmation email. If you do not see the e-mail, please check your spam/junk folder.
    • Visit the Tutto online store website: www.tutto.com to check your order history anytime. Information about your open orders, tracking, and past orders is available. If you have not registered an account BEFORE you place the order, you will not be able to view your past order. Orders placed after you registered an account with us you will then be able to view your order history.

  3. Shipping Methods and Cost:
    Depending on the products you purchase and the location to which the products will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. During check out, you will see different shipping options to choose from. In addition, you can get shipping cost estimate by clicking "view cart" and enter your state and zip code. Shipping cost are based on the shipping method chosen and the total value of your order. Your total shipping charges will automatically be calculated during check out prior to the completion of your order.

  4. International customers:
    We ship all international orders via U.S. Postal Service with the customer’s following choices - Global Express (EMS), Global Priority or regular airmail. Regular airmail option is only available for packages weighing less than 4 lbs.

  5. Customers in Hawaii or Alaska:
    UPS do ship to these states but we give customers the option to choose USPS Priority Mail to help save on shipping cost.

  6. Customers in Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico (U.S. territories):
    UPS do not ship to these locations and we will ship via U.S. Postal Service with the  customer’s following choice of Priority Mail or Parcel Post (4th class).

  7. Customers with APO/FPO military address:
    UPS do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders to these locations will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service with the customer’s following choice of Priority Mail or Parcel Post (4th class).

  8. Order Must be Received By 12pm pacific time:
    Your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12pm pacific time or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

  9. Any rush orders placed over the weekend will go out within the following business days. 

  10. UPS do not count the day the order is shipped or deliver on weekends and holidays. We do not have daily pick up with the U.S. Postal Service. Orders with U.S. Postal Service shipping option selected are usually shipped within 3-5 business days once the order is received.

  11. Business Days:
    Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
